Tyee Brunt-Clifford is a film music composer based in Manchester, currently studying Film Music at Leeds Conservatoire. With a background in music production from Northampton College and two years of focused experience in composing for film, Tyee brings a fresh and emotionally rich voice to the world of screen music.

Specializing in animation, Tyee’s scores are rooted in an orchestral sound that feels both expansive and deeply personal—described as “orchestral and homely.” He crafts music that supports and enhances storytelling, drawing listeners into the emotional core of a narrative.

 

Tyee is proficient in Cubase, Logic Pro X, and Sibelius, and works across mixing, orchestration, and composition, giving him full control over the creative process from concept to final cue. His passion lies in the storytelling power of film, and in contributing to stories that resonate on a human level.

Whether working on whimsical animated shorts or heartfelt cinematic journeys, Tyee aims to create music that not only supports the picture, but becomes part of its soul.
